About the Role:

We're seeking a Finance Director to lead the Corporate Services finance function for a prominent global business based near Hook. This role offers a strategic leadership opportunity within a high-impact environment, pivotal in the company's transformation journey through investments in people, systems, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct oversight of Corporate Services finance operations including P2P, O2C, Intercompany, R2R, Capital Accounting, Cash, and Payroll.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with global standards and business objectives.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team focused on innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Drive operational efficiency and transformation through automation and process optimization.
• Act as a primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders across Finance, Technology, and Operations.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and maintain strong controls.
• Implement KPIs and SLAs to enhance performance and drive operational excellence.
• Manage budget allocation to deliver cost-effective world-class services.
