Key Responsibilities:
Delivering a broad range of building surveying services across commercial property portfolios
Managing contract administration for refurbishment and fit-out projects
Carrying out technical due diligence and acquisition surveys
Advising on dilapidations (landlord and tenant side)
Providing detailed defect diagnosis and building pathology reports
Supporting junior team members where appropriate
Requirements:
MRICS qualified (or working towards this with solid experience)
Strong commercial awareness and experience in a consultancy environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality advice
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
