We're looking for a Nordic Account Manager to oversee cross-platform digital campaigns, manage every step of the process from brief to wrap-up, and ensure seamless coordination, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.
Your main responsibilities
- Oversee the execution of cross-platform digital campaigns β including display, native, video, social, and programmatic β ensuring they meet client goals and timelines.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and agencies throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Ad operations, Production, to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Ad Operations, Creative, Production) to manage timelines, trafficking, creative delivery, and reporting.
- Collaborate with Media Sales to translate commercial briefs into clear campaign plans, and with Commercial Managers to deliver performance wrap-ups and insights.
- Monitor campaign performance, flag issues, and proactively suggest optimizations based on real-time data.
- Collaborate with ad ops teams to ensure tagging is in place to track identified objectives, KPIs and Goals.
- Quickly address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the campaign process, ensuring minimal disruption and maintaining client satisfaction.
- Regularly check in with clients to assess satisfaction, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and address potential issues.
Who you are
Organized, proactive, and confident in navigating the digital media landscape, particularly within display advertising, programmatic buying, native, social, and video formats. You have a solid understanding of digital media platforms, placements, and performance metrics, and youβre used to keeping track of multiple projects and stakeholders at once. The ideal candidate has experience working closely with sales teams, media agencies, and brand partners, acting as the key point of contact and ensuring smooth planning, execution, and reporting of campaigns. You thrive when coordinating complex campaigns across multiple channels and take pride in being the one who ensures.

- 2+ years of experience working with digital advertising campaigns across multiple formats and platform.
- Hands-on familiarity with display, video, native and/or programmatic advertising tools and workflows.
- Experience working with or for media agencies, publishers, or ad tech platforms.
- A strong understanding of how digital media campaigns are planned, executed, tracked, and optimized.
- A proactive mindset and a structured, problem-solving approach to project coordination.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills β with the ability to translate data into client-friendly insights.
- Experience in account or project management roles, ideally in a media or agency environment.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, multicultural organization.
