Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Platform Delivery Lead to manage and ensure seamless delivery across multiple technology streams — including Front End Development, Cloud Infrastructure, Shared Business Services (SBS), and Data Platforms (including DBT and Power BI). This role will play a pivotal part in driving end-to-end solution delivery, cross-functional collaboration, quality assurance, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Delivery Management: Lead and manage the delivery of multiple concurrent initiatives across Front End, Cloud, SBS, and Data streams. Ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery aligned with business goals. Coordinate delivery activities across cross-functional engineering, cloud, data, and reporting teams.
- Technical Oversight & Coordination: Oversee Front End engineering (React, Angular, etc.) ensuring adherence to UX/UI standards. Collaborate with Cloud teams on infrastructure, DevOps, scalability, and performance. Coordinate with SBS teams to ensure integration of shared services and common components. Manage data engineering efforts including DBT models, data pipelines, and Power BI reporting solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, providing updates on delivery progress, risks, and dependencies. Collaborate with Product, Architecture, QA, and Security teams to ensure alignment on scope, design, and execution.
- Planning & Governance: Establish delivery plans, resource allocation, sprint goals, and milestones. Implement governance practices, delivery KPIs, and reporting frameworks. Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across streams.
- People & Vendor Management: Lead a diverse delivery team across internal staff, contractors, and vendor partners. Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to ensure team success. Engage with vendor teams delivering components (e.g., cloud services, BI solutions) ensuring accountability and quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years’ experience in IT delivery management, including large-scale enterprise programs.
- Strong understanding of Front End development frameworks (React, Angular, etc.).
- Deep experience with Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) infrastructure and services.
- Familiarity with Shared Business Services (SBS) or common services integration.
- Strong knowledge of modern Data Engineering tools like DBT, Power BI.
- Solid grasp of Agile/Scrum, DevOps practices, and continuous delivery models.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment managing multiple priorities.
Qualifications:
- Certifications in Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Agile, or Project Management (PMP, SAFe, etc.).
- Experience in managing hybrid delivery teams (onshore/offshore, multi-vendor).
- Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and compliance frameworks.
