About The Role
Knight Frank is looking to hire a Website Manager on a 12 Month FTC to effectively manage and optimise our websites, through collaboration, effective content management and data-driven improvements.
Role
Knight Frank is seeking a Website Manager to enhance the performance and user experience of our global websites. You will collaborate across teams to optimise content, improve user journeys, and ensure high digital standards. A passion for digital, strong CMS knowledge, and a proactive, collaborative mindset are key to delivering a premium, client-first experience.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for the day-to-day management and optimisation of content on knightfrank.co.uk and knightfrank.com on Optimizely and Yext.
- Ensure all pages and updates are delivered in line with UX page recipes, brand guidelines, and digital best practices.
- Collaborate with UX/UI and Content teams to maintain a consistent, user-focused digital experience.
- Collaborate with the Analytics team to continuously monitor and optimise website performance.
- Work with stakeholders to understand digital content needs and gather high-level requirements for new pages and features.
- Support the management of legacy platforms, while assisting in transitions to newer systems.
- Participate in bug triage sessions, supporting prioritisation and resolution of issues while keeping relevant teams informed.
- Provide guidance, documentation, and day-to-day support for CMS users across the business.
- Identify opportunities for testing, optimisation, and improved use of content components across key customer journeys.
- Act as a key liaison between business teams and the Digital function, ensuring stakeholder requirements are clearly understood and executed.
Key Experience Required
- Managing website content within enterprise-level CMS platforms, ideally Optimizely.
- Collaborating across digital, UX/UI, content, product and/or software teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
- Using data to inform decisions — with a strong understanding of tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Supporting and guiding stakeholders through web content creation, optimisation, and platform best practice.
- Championing SEO, accessibility, and brand consistency in all aspects of web delivery.
- Identifying opportunities for digital improvement, optimisation, and user-journey enhancement.
- Managing multiple workstreams simultaneously, including content updates, stakeholder requests, and platform support.
