We are looking for a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Manager & Creative Strategist to lead our content creation and digital presence across platforms (Freelance or Contract). This person will manage the end-to-end content lifecycle, from ideation and production to publishing and performance analysis - with a clear focus on audience growth and engagement. The ideal candidate lives and breathes content, understands platform algorithms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.), and has a proven track record of building and scaling digital audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce high-performing content—posts, reels, carousels, infographics, and more—for X, LinkedIn, and Instagram
- Manage and optimize all digital and social media platforms
- Design and execute content calendars and growth campaigns
- Leverage trends and platform algorithms for organic reach
- Analyse performance metrics and continuously improve strategies
- Stay updated on content trends and algorithm updates
Requirements:
- 3+ years in content creation, digital marketing, or social media strategy
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or Final Cut
- Understanding of SEO, social algorithms, and audience psychology
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
- Analytical mindset with experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)
- Entrepreneurial mindset - comfortable taking initiative and experimenting
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with paid ads and growth hacking techniques
- Background in influencer partnerships or community building
- Technical skills like basic HTML or CRM experience
