This is a fantastic career opportunity for an entry-level Crude Oil Market Analyst eager to contribute to the growth of a leading energy markets research consultancy.
This role involves assisting the Crude Market Analyst team in building forecasting models for crude oil and refined products, conducting detailed market analysis, and communicating insights to internal stakeholders.
You will work closely with senior analysts to understand global market developments and provide insights on oil products markets relevant to global trade.
Our analysts cover the entire research cycle: from data modeling and market monitoring to writing reports and responding to client inquiries.
We value high-quality, accurate analysis that influences our clients\’ perspectives. You will be expected to produce work of a standard suitable for our demanding client base.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the global team to ensure reports meet standards for quality, accuracy, and insight.
- Build and improve oil market models and balances.
- Develop and communicate views on global oil markets.
- Contribute to publications, including regular and thematic reports.
- Leverage market networks for deeper insights.
- Assist in presenting our market views to clients and prospects.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
- Graduated or graduating in Mathematics, Engineering, or Economics.
- Strong interest in energy markets analysis.
- Experience with fundamental modeling and trend analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience in report writing and presentations.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate across time zones.
- Knowledge of global oil markets is desirable but not essential.
