TikTok Shop – Procurement Manager, Europe Logistics TikTok Shop – Procurement Manager, Europe Logistics Responsibilities About the Team The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. We\’re currently seeking a Procurement Manager to join our logistics procurement team, responsible for logistics service procurement in the UK Ideal candidates should have a strategic mindset, excellent negotiation skills, and a track record of driving cost reductions while maintaining high service standards. Responsibilities – According to business needs, based on the group procurement system, build the entire TikTok Shop Logistics service provider , quality inspection, warehousing, distribution service provider procurement via bidding system; – Build a service provider sourcing system for warehousing, distribution, quality inspection, equipment and consumables, integrate high-quality resources in the industry, and formulate access/quasi-exit mechanisms, assessment optimization mechanisms, SOP/KPI and other systems; – Establish a management system for each service provider, cooperate with upstream and downstream departments, and improve the service quality indicators of service providers through data and other operation methods; – Manage the procurement via bidding process, and be responsible for the business analysis, negotiation and contract negotiation of the procurement via bidding project; – Cooperate with the internal audit compliance department to optimize the procurement via bidding process, and empower business to achieve fast procurement via bidding, reduce costs and improve efficiency Qualifications Minimum Qualifications – Bachelor degree or above, with more than 5 years of relevant experience in procurement via bidding and management of warehouse, distribution and quality inspection service providers in e-commerce platform enterprises; – Familiarity with brand or platform e-commerce logistics operations, with an in-depth understanding of the European e-commerce logistics market. – Ability to design procurement strategies based on a solid grasp of e-commerce logistics solutions. – Strong sourcing capabilities in the assigned markets, with proven experience in securing optimal market resources through commercial negotiations. – Close collaboration with logistics operations teams to continuously enhance platform logistics competitiveness. – Accountability for cost-saving results in procurement and overall logistics efficiency. Preferred Qualifications – Data-centric with strong analytical skills: capable of building models to identify trends, use historical learnings for future planning, and assess and mitigate risks using data-driven decisions. – Excellent problem-solving skills: capable of identifying, assessing, writing and discussing risks with recommendations for improvement with the intention of solution design and delivering results. – Excellent stakeholder management skills: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external contractors to set clear expectations, align project priorities and milestones, drive accountability for metric and ops KPI\’s. – Strong change management skills: Capable of processing requests, adapting processes, handling timelines and building supporting mechanisms for change.
