The Junior Marketing Assistant will support the marketing team with various tasks, including social media management, content creation, and market research.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and digital advertising.
- Help manage the agency's social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring analytics.
- Contribute to content creation, including writing blog posts, press releases, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the entertainment industry.
- Maintaining corporate clients’ diaries and ensuring all information is up to date at all times
- Saving contracts and filing
- Chasing outstanding contracts and invoices
- Keeping on top of outstanding payments, expenses and other financial information
- Updating corporate database system and alerting agents to any contracting/invoicing issues that arise
- Updating agents on corporate clients’ broadcast/theatre and commercial activity
