We are seeking a talented and experienced Design Manager to join our team in West London. The successful candidate will manage the design process from pre-construction through to construction for projects up to £30m.

Job Purpose
Manage the design process from pre-construction to ensure compliant, accurate, and timely design information, utilizing your experience, knowledge, and technical expertise.
Responsibilities
- Plan all aspects of the project, identify challenges, and propose cost-effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with current legislation, standards, and codes of practice.
- Minimize health, safety, and financial risks during construction.
- Maintain a steady flow of quality information to keep the project on schedule.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders through open and clear communication.
Experience and Skills
- Understanding of traditional construction and Design & Build (D&B) methods.
- Thorough knowledge of CDM regulations.
- Experience with software such as BIM and 4Projects.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Knowledge of various procurement methods, including frameworks, negotiated, and two-stage tenders.
