Top US law firm is seeking a Temporary Reprographics Assistant on an initial 4–6 week basis. The firm is looking for someone who can provide comprehensive general administrative, reprographics and post scanning support service to all staff.
Salary up to £22 per hour depending on experience. Office based 5 days a week. Prestigious Law Firm.
Key Responsibilities:- Scanning incoming post for employees.
- Providing a reliable reprographics service including ‘hands on’ operation of equipment for copying, finishing and scanning legal documents.
- Scanning documents into the Document Management System and to Outlook.
- Administrative tasks such as filing and locating documents, proof reading documents before sending.
- Managing consumables - MFD’s, reprographics equipment.
- Helping with office moves and relocations and moving boxes/files between departments.
- Assisting Facilities with the setting up of meeting rooms.
- Responding to emails, TopDesk, tickets, and telephone calls to the department.
- Minimum of 12 months experience within a law firm.
- Some experience in assembling legal documents such as engrossments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat/PDF Docs.
