As a Principal Engineer, you will:
- Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to design enterprise solutions on Salesforce and into external platforms.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and incorporate them into development processes.
- Define the way our Salesforce practice applies engineering standards across programs.
We are looking for a person with proven experience in the following areas:
- Proven experience in designing solutions that are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices on the Salesforce platform.
- Demonstrated experience of shaping engineering teams to work effectively and introducing innovative ideas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills where you have engaged directly with clients to guide them on appropriate solutions for their needs.
- Experience addressing key system architecture concerns (scalability, performance, availability, maintainability) in the context of Salesforce.
- Building and maintaining APIs, ensuring high standards for web performance, security, and accessibility.
