We are looking for an Account Coordinator to be the face of our brand on-site at our Client location in Banbury through our peak period. Reporting into your Account Manager, this role is about supporting your location in delivering performance results against KPIs and delivering a first-rate customer experience. This is a varied role where no one day is the same, so if you are looking to work in a fast-paced, fun and customer-focused office then this role could be for you.

Account Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain an effective working relationship with clients and candidates.
  • Recruitment activities such as advertising, screening, interviewing, assessment days, right to work checks, reference checks and inductions.
  • Conduct check-in/satisfaction/rebook calls to all Flexible Employees.
  • Implement activities to recognise and reward temporary workers' loyalty & performance together with initiatives that contribute towards achieving a positive, productive and happy temporary workforce.
  • Be the first point of call for your candidates and client in dealing with any questions and offering any support.
  • Attend daily and weekly planning and staffing meetings, where applicable.
  • Monitor staff quality, attendance and attrition levels.
  • Allocate suitable candidates to shifts and book in according to the headcount plan.
  • Payroll completion of onsite temporary staff.
  • Maintain an accurate filing system for both Working & Inactive candidates.
  • Attend and participate in Team Meetings as required.
