The Senior CRM Executive will work with the CRM Lead to support in delivering the CRM marketing strategy across clients, experiences and B2B markets, delivering engagement and revenue-driving campaigns. This role will also be responsible for delivering the BAU calendar and optimisation strategy with the objective of increasing all customer engagement metrics including open, click, conversion and unsubscribe rates. Support in the implementation of automated programmes with the objective of driving retention rates and building customer lifetime value/loyalty.
About you:
- 1+ years of CRM experience in a B2C CRM position is essential.
- CRM experience in a B2B CRM position is desirable.
- Experience delivering at pace.
- Highly customer-centric with a good understanding of CRM strategies and practices.
- Experience working with ESPs to select targeted audience segments and send campaigns.
- A good understanding of lifecycle development and optimisation.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Deliver and optimise BAU campaigns for all brands within the group, across email.
- Support in the delivery of personalised, content-driven email campaigns.
- Deliver actionable post-campaign reporting and analysis; with clear learnings and recommendations to optimise future activity.
- Work closely with Analyst to identify new opportunities within our data sets to optimise campaign performance.
