Receptionist required for Private Equity firm in the West End! Duties will include answering calls, managing meeting room calendars, ordering couriers and cabs as well as ordering of stationery. You will also handle the post and meet and greet clients and guests and assist with operations tasks as well as support on projects. Duties will include assisting Accounts with invoicing as well as providing admin support to the Associates. Extra responsibilities include processing expenses and making travel arrangements. Hours are 8-5pm Monday-Friday.
The ideal candidate will have reception experience within a professional services environment. You will be hard working, very well-presented with excellent communication and organisational skills.
