Are you an experienced Rail Project Manager?

Do you have previous Fleet Dilapidation knowledge?

If so, TXM Recruit is working in partnership with a high-profile railway client who is looking for a Project Manager to join their team in Norwich to oversee a Fleet Dilapidation project on a 3-month contract, paying £338.85 per day (PAYE) or £450 (umbrella/LTD rate).

Key Accountabilities:

• Management of the Dilapidations programme for the train fleet at Norwich Crown Point Depot and Clacton Light Maintenance Depot.
• Plan for the maximum number of defects to be closed by early October, without affecting daily services.
• Monitoring progress and managing the Stadler dilapidations work, reporting back to senior management.
• Carrying out quality inspections of pre-work and completed works to ensure compliance, scheduled at 08:00am each Monday to maximize programme efficiency.

What we require:

• Inspection of rolling stock, particularly paint (required).
• Project Management experience within rail, especially fleet projects (required).
• Previous dilapidation work within other rail providers (required).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the confidence to influence all internal stakeholders and external bodies.
