Job Summary
To provide drafting for commercial property matters (Wayleave, Leases, Lease extension, Disposal etc) and some Housing matters (Right to Buy, Shared Ownership, Acquisition, Lease Extension, etc). The position is supervised by the Principal Property Solicitor and assisted by the Legal Assistant (who mainly deals with Housing matters). Attendance days to be discussed with the Principal Property Solicitor but will generally be flexible.
