Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with an innovative and fast growing business to recruit a Production Fulfilment Manager to be based at their busy and fast paced distribution facility in Huddersfield. Our client is looking for a dynamic, proactive, results-driven Production Fulfilment Manager with a passion for driving operational excellence and delivering quality products who can work autonomously to facilitate their ambitious growth plans.
The Production Fulfilment Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production fulfilment, from scheduling and team management to quality assurance and process optimisation. Duties of the Production Fulfilment Manager will include:
- Develop and implement robust operating systems and processes to improve production and fulfilment efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity
- Create and monitor production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of products, taking into account customer demand and resource availability
- Implement measures to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement in product quality
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to optimise inventory management processes
- Provide regular reports to the Directors on key metrics
- Identify issues through data analysis and proactively assess solutions through root cause analysis
- Take on management responsibility, provide leadership, guidance, and support to the production fulfilment team, promoting team collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
We are keen to speak with Production Fulfilment Managers with the following skills/experience:
- Proven experience in a Production Management/Fulfilment Management role
- Production planning
- Good data management skills, including the ability to analyse and interpret production data and use this to make improvements
- Ability to prioritise and manage workload in a fast-paced environment
