We are seeking coaches with a love for data and a desire to mentor apprentices. No teaching certification is required as support to gain the certification will be included as part of your CPD.

Role Responsibilities:
- Support Level 3 and Level 4 learners to build their portfolio of evidence in preparation for their end point assessment
- Manage a caseload of up to 42 learners through their apprenticeship
- Facilitate the delivery of technical online workshops and personal development microteaches
- Evaluate and maintain high-quality standards of our apprenticeship programs
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with learners, employers, and internal stakeholders
- Track learner progress through 1:1 and group sessions
- Effectively manage personal training plans
- Attend standardisation meetings as required by quality assurance
- Maintain accurate data management records and documentation
- Support the growth of our apprenticeship provision
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Hold relevant teaching qualification (PGCE, PCET, AET) and/or have previous experience in the digital or apprenticeship sector
- Specific work experience in a full-time Data Analysis role OR a qualification in Data Analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexible and able to work well under pressure
- Confident using a range of IT systems and databases
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Degree or Apprenticeship qualified in digital
- Specific knowledge of Data
- Knowledge of the apprenticeship sector and standards
