To support this exciting initiative, we are seeking IT Trainers to join our existing team. With a presence nationwide and over 800 colleagues, this role presents an incredible opportunity to make a tangible impact on our organisation’s growth. The Role

  • Training Delivery – Designing and delivering engaging workshops, inductions, and webinars tailored to legal professionals.
  • Content Development – Creating and maintaining high-quality instructional materials, including manuals and e-learning resources.
  • Continuous Improvement – Evaluating training effectiveness and refining programmes based on feedback.
  • Support & Guidance – Providing ongoing assistance to colleagues, ensuring they can confidently navigate IT systems.
  • Collaboration – Working closely with IT and HR teams to identify training needs and develop impactful strategies.
  • Technology Advocacy – Promoting a culture of learning and championing the adoption of new technologies within the firm.
  • Project Contribution – Participating in key technology initiatives, assisting with testing and documentation of new applications.

Your Expertise

  • IT Training Experience – Proven experience delivering IT training within the legal sector is essential.
  • Technical Proficiency – Strong expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software such as ShareDo, NetDocs, and iManage.
  • Driving Licence – A valid UK driving licence and access to a car, as travel between offices is required.
  • Service Excellence – Demonstrated ability to provide top-tier support to colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Learner Engagement – Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate learners.
  • Experience in developing and delivering webinars.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and instructional design methodologies.
  • Ability to adapt training approaches to various learning styles.
