Team Secretary URGENTLY needed for an immediate start to work in Coleraine. This post will initially be for 6 months however there is a strong possibility of extension. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm and the rate of pay will be £11.67 per hour. Main job duties will include: – Working with other team secretaries to ensure the smooth running of the department. – Diary management for the team on both a business and personal level. – Answering telephones and email queries. – Note taking during meetings. – Other general secretarial duties.
