£120K to £150K base + Bonus

Onsite 3 Days a week - London, must be living within commuting distance to the central London office.

A successful Services & Marketplace business that is considered one of the leaders in its field. After a recent Private Equity sale and strategic acquisition, the company grows from strength to strength and is looking for an experienced Programme & Delivery Director to work closely with the CTO.

With large scale projects planned across AI, Data Analytics, CRM integrations, SAP upgrades, Website migrations, UI / Mobile Development, Internal operating tools and M&A. The role is suited for a Programme Lead with a digital transformative background who will embed a rigorous, new Agile consistent way of working across the organisation, ensuring that programmes and projects consistently deliver measurable business outcomes.

Working with the CTO to move the company from more traditional methodologies like Waterfall, ITIL to Agile. You will bring a proven track record of implementing world-class programme management and delivery frameworks at scale, from portfolio planning through to day-to-day execution and iteration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish a cohesive delivery operating model: Implement structured mechanisms for programme and project planning
  • Develop and embed iterative delivery frameworks
  • Programme Leadership and Execution
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Build and lead a team of Programme Managers and Delivery Leaders
Experience & Background:
  • 7+ years of program management experience of progressively increasing responsibility
  • Experience within Agile, Kanban, Scrum, OKR setting
  • Experience with AWS essential
  • Experience in JIRA or equivalent tools for software development
  • Sector experience: Enterprise Software, VC/PE late stage scaleups, Advertising, Media, B2C, D2C
  • Experience delivering large digital-related projects
  • In-depth understanding of the digital development process and technologies
  • Managed distributed or remote team members
  • Some travel may be required to travel to US and EU
