An opportunity to work for the TOP Investment Banking Executive Search firm based in London.

With their Investment Banking piece being the forefront of the business, this firm has seen a lot of growth within the last 15 years. They are looking to add 3 more researchers to their team this summer to support the needs of their loyal clients.

Working C-suite roles within the US offers an unrivalled exposure to the Investment Banking market, and you will genuinely build all the skills needed to be a main name within the sector. You will receive training from the senior team who have a combined total of over 50 years experience.

The Benefits:

  • Starting salary of £32k, rising after probation to £35k
  • Full exposure to the Investment Banking markets
  • Ability to earn quarterly bonuses taking your OTE to £45k

The Role:

  • Researching the Investment Banking sector and mapping the market
  • Presenting your findings on market trends etc. to your team
  • Understanding your clients requirements and company values
  • Creating a shortlist of potential candidates through headhunting
  • Working closely with your senior consultant through the interview process
  • Following leads of potential clients/candidates

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Degree educated with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
  • Commercially curious and inquisitive
  • Experience working in a demanding environment (e.g., placement/part-time/internship etc.)
  • Hard working
  • Team player
  • Ambitious and motivated to succeed
