Overview: The Administrative Assistant will support our Senior Administrative Assistant in providing assistance to a busy sales team. The role involves experience with customer management systems, booking travel, and processing expenses. It collaborates closely with Marketing, Events, and Corporate Service teams.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain CRM database, update client information, and oversee data governance.
- Create, edit, and send weekly and monthly emails using CRM Dynamics 365.
- Handle website approvals, including client requests and profile edits.
- Prepare and submit travel and expense reports.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the team with Corporate Services.
- Manage marketing and event materials, including stock upkeep, print runs, and liaising with suppliers.
- Manage diary for the wider team.
- Support in-house and external client events with the Events Team.
- Provide support to business colleagues and cover teams as needed.
- Perform additional ad hoc duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce.
- Experience in managing and processing expenses.
- Supporting a sales team experience preferred.
- Administrative or Personal Assistant experience within a corporate setting preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
