Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Post Production Supervisor to oversee and manage the delivery of multi-episodic shows to streaming platforms. This role requires exceptional organisational and communication skills to manage concurrent episode timelines, tight deadlines, and multiple third-party vendors and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the post-production process for multi-episodic shows with overlapping episode timelines.
- Deliver final products to streaming services, ensuring all technical specifications, quality standards, and deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with multiple third-party vendors, editors, colourists, sound designers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless workflows and communication.
- Monitor and maintain tight schedules, identifying potential delays and proactively resolving challenges to meet deadlines.
- Provide strong leadership and clear communication to internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment across all post-production activities.
- Ensure adherence to technical standards for streaming platforms, including HDR, surround sound, and resolution requirements.
- Leverage technical expertise in Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) and post-production workflows to guide teams and troubleshoot issues.
- Manage post-production budgets, tracking costs and negotiating with vendors as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience delivering content to major streaming platforms such as Netflix, Amazon, or Disney+.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing concurrent episode timelines for multi-episodic shows.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks in high-pressure environments with tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships with vendors, creative teams, and stakeholders.
- Technical proficiency with Adobe Suite and deep understanding of post-production workflows, including editing, colour grading, sound design, and VFX integration.
- Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and stay current with industry trends and standards.
