As 80 DAYS’ team continues to grow, we’re looking to recruit a Website Support Manager (or Assistant); a new role in our growing Website Support team. The role of Website Support Manager is to act as a conduit between customers and our Website Design & Development team, ensuring we are prioritising and working on support requests from our website clients. In time in this role, you would also help clients to identify opportunities to continually improve their website and online business performance.

Hybrid Working role, based in Edinburgh.

About the role

  • Client Relations – Acting as main point of contact for clients with a website built by 80 DAYS.
  • Briefing & Ticket Management – Understanding support request requirements, ensuring there is a clear brief and then working with designers, developers, copywriters, etc. to complete the task.
  • Website Updates – being proactive where a support request may be achievable through the website’s Content Management System.
  • Finance & Admin – Assisting the Head of Support in ensuring invoicing and admin systems are kept up-to-date.

Skills & Experience

  • Excellent inter-personnel & communication skills.
  • Website Management experience, using Content Management Systems such as Umbraco and Wordpress.
  • An understanding of the development cycles, and experience working with website/software developers.
  • Strong organisation skills, with an aptitude for multi-tasking and experience using Ticketing / Task Management systems.

Desirable / Advantageous

  • A working knowledge of Google Analytics, with a Google Analytics Individual Qualification being an added bonus.
  • Experience & knowledge of digital marketing techniques including SEO, SEM, Social Media, etc.
  • Experience working within the luxury travel sector and/or a digital marketing agency.
  • Experience & knowledge of managing creative projects such as branding, design and website development.
  • Experience of digital solutions specific to the travel industry – such as online booking engines, PMS, Metasearch, etc.
