Full-time Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract 12 months - 37.5 hours per week
Days of Work: Monday to Friday - flexible hours - between 8am and 8pm (required to work 2 late nights per week)

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and professional People Advisor who can deliver professional HR support to Hub managers and Central Functions across all sites. The role will require some travel as our Hubs are located in Oldbury, Smethwick and Hinckley, and as we operate through the night there will be a requirement to work some evenings.
Key tasks will include:
- Supporting line managers across the full scope of all Employee Relations (ER) cases, which will include; Misconduct, Disciplinaries, Grievances, Capability and Performance issues.
- Monitoring absence and supporting managers to take the appropriate action.
- Delivering Training to managers.
- Assisting managers in the interpretation of policies and procedures.
- Helping to deliver projects and our Top 10 for the year.
- Making informed decisions that take into account the facts, goals, and risk to the business.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role it would be desirable for you to be CIPD qualified, or willing to work towards. You’ll be an experienced HR professional, with a strong commercial outlook and continuous improvement philosophy, who can demonstrate:
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive matters displaying excellent judgement.
- Excellent knowledge of employment law.
- Able to work in a team and alone.
- Ability to communicate and respond to managers promptly.
- Managing a high and diverse workload.
- Ability to plan and organise your own diary supporting the People Business Partner and Business needs.
- Flexibility to support the operational demands of the role.

Remuneration and Benefits:
Your package will include a competitive salary of circa £35,000.
