Danone Türkiye is looking for a talented colleague to join us as a Senior Digital Transformation Manager. This role is responsible for leading digital project implementations and owning the digital strategy and OT execution at the factory level.
About You
- Ability to shape and develop the DMA implementation roadmap and work plans for the site, support execution and problem solving, act as a coach and capability builder for the site management team.
- Performance and project management experience.
- Understanding of digital technologies and experience with digital tool implementation.
- Focus on user adoption and productivity extraction from systems.
- Lead DMA implementation in the factory.
- Identify, develop, and implement DMA Use Cases.
- Manage local stakeholders and engage influencers for successful development and implementation of Use Cases.
- Prepare Use Case Validation Presentations for Validation Sessions and Steerco presentations.
- Responsible for delivering DMA ambitions.
- Lead governance at the factory level.
