365 People are hiring for one of our clients who specialise in the design and production of high-quality trousers. We are seeking a reliable and organised Executive Office Co-ordinator to support daily business operations.
Role Overview
The Executive Office Co-ordinator will be the central point of contact for administrative and commercial support across the business. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable managing a broad range of tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- General administrative duties including filing, document preparation, and office organisation
- Answering and directing phone calls and handling email correspondence
- Managing the company calendar and coordinating diaries for key personnel
- Preparing and sending customer invoices using Xero accounting software
- Booking shipments via logistics software
- Supporting commercial activities such as liaising with suppliers, tracking orders, and supporting sales initiatives
- Maintaining office supplies and assisting with general office upkeep
- Providing ad hoc support to the management team as needed
Key Skills & Experience Required
- Previous administrative or office coordination experience preferred
- Proficient with Xero or similar invoicing/accounting software
- Confident using logistics or courier booking platforms
