Lead Driller

Our client is seeking a Permanent Lead Driller to join their team based in Nottingham, focusing on Site & Ground Investigation projects. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the successful execution of these projects, working closely with the nominated Project Manager. As a predominantly site-based position, you will be responsible for the collection and collation of site information necessary for reporting purposes.

Furthermore, you will assist in delivering safety-critical duties on railway infrastructure while ensuring the safety and compliance standards are upheld at all times.\\n * Experience in a similar role is essential.\\n * Flexible working hours, including the possibility of night shifts and weekends.\\n * Ability to stay away from home when required.\\n * Full UK Manual Driving Licence\\n * CSCS Certification\\n * NVQ Level 2 in Land Drilling.\\n * Hold relevant non-rail competencies as needed for SI/GI work (training provided).\\n * Possession of a Rail Sentinel Card (training provided).\\n * Safety critical competencies such as PTS, PO, LXA, LEA, HSM, IWA, PAM, COSS (training provided).\\nThe role offers a competitive salary of up to £38,000, with the opportunity to develop your skills through ongoing training and support.
