Location: London & South (Field based)\\n Salary: £50,000-£60,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits\\n\\nWe're working on behalf of a fast-scaling FMCG client with bold growth plans. Backed by £150 million investment in a brand-new, state-of-the-art UK manufacturing facility, this is a brilliant opportunity for a Sales Manager to lead the charge across London and the South.\\n\\nIf you're a commercially minded sales professional looking for a high-impact role with freedom to shape your region and be part of something from the ground up, this is the opportunity.\\n\\nThe opportunity:\\n\\nThis is not a typical regional role. You'll be reporting into the UK Sales & Marketing Director and taking ownership of a critical region as the business builds out its UK footprint.

With a mix of iconic global brands and own-label innovation, the potential for growth is significant and you'll be central to making that happen.\\n\\nThe day-to-day:\\n\\nLead regional sales strategy and execution across London and the South\\nBuild and grow relationships with key convenience, wholesale, retail and regional distribution partners\\nIdentify new business opportunities and open doors in emerging and established channels\\nCollaborate with marketing, operations and leadership to ensure seamless execution\\nUse insight and market data to adapt strategy and drive ongoing performance\\nShare on-the-ground feedback to help shape the UK growth roadmapThe person: \\n\\nProven experience in FMCG sales, ideally across retail and/or distribution\\nHands-on, commercially sharp and comfortable owning end-to-end relationships\\nA strong communicator and natural influencer who thrives in growth environments\\nData-savvy, strategic and personally creditable with vision and driveThe client:\\n\\nA well-established international brand, now launching a significant chapter in the UK.
