Hospitality Head Chef, London £45k – £50k Our client is searching for a Hospitality focused Head Chef to take control of the kitchen at this corporate site in the City of London. Catering for a breakfast and lunch service as well as extensive hospitality, all food is freshly prepared and based on a seasonal modern menu. As the Head Chef, you will be * responsible for all food produced on site including hospitality and events * work alongside the General Manager to constantly evolve the food offer * planning menus for both staff dining and hospitality * leading and inspiring your team as well as motivating and developing * hands on in the kitchen Working hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week What we are looking for: * a Head Chef with a proven stable career history ideally with corporate B&I experience * hospitality focused * genuine passion for food and ingredients * up to date with current food trends and concepts * able to lead, manage and motivate a team as well as hands on * an outgoing personality with enthusiasm and bags of energy * financially aware, able to manage a budget and costs * flexible and willing with a positive, can do attitude Think you\’ve got what is takes?
