My client is hiring: Account Director – Social & Digital (B2B focus)\\n Location: Hybrid (2-3 days in office) | Salary: Competitive, based on experience\\n\\nI'm working with a fantastic integrated communications agency that's on the lookout for a Social Account Director with strong B2B experience to join their growing Digital & Social division.\\n\\nThis is a brilliant opportunity for a confident leader who thrives on end-to-end project delivery, team development, and shaping best-in-class campaigns for high-profile brands. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creative content, digital storytelling, and staying ahead of the ever-evolving social media landscape.\\n\\nThe Role – What You'll Be Doing:\\n\\nClient & Campaign Leadership\\n\\nAct as day-to-day lead across social/digital accounts, ensuring projects are delivered to brief, on time, and to an exceptional standard.\\n\\nProvide senior strategic counsel to clients and act as a trusted advisor on all things digital.\\n\\nAnalyse trends and data to shape content strategies that align with broader business goals.\\n\\nOversee the delivery of influencer campaigns, website builds, content strategies, and community management.\\n\\nWork collaboratively with PR teams to ensure synergy across wider comms.\\n\\nPartner with creatives to develop engaging digital content that meets commercial goals.\\n\\nTeam Management & Development\\n\\nLine-manage and mentor junior team members, nurturing their growth and encouraging creative excellence.\\n\\nSupport the Social Associate Director in delivering best-in-class project and team management.\\n\\nFoster a collaborative, high-energy culture and lead by example.\\n\\nContribute to internal and client-facing digital training and knowledge-sharing sessions.\\n\\nCampaign Delivery & Innovation\\n\\nDrive proactive, creative campaign development – always pushing boundaries beyond the brief.\\n\\nEnsure seamless delivery of campaigns, meeting KPIs, timelines, and performance benchmarks.\\n\\nCommercial & Financial Ownership\\n\\nTake ownership of budgets and ensure efficient, profitable account management.\\n\\nMonitor team resource usage and client retainer spend to maintain financial health.\\n\\nSeek and unlock opportunities for organic growth across your accounts.\\n\\nNew Business\\n\\nLead on new digital/social proposals and pitches, bringing fresh, strategic thinking to the table.\\n\\nHelp build standout case studies and pitch materials to showcase the agency's success stories.\\n\\nAbout You – Skills & Experience:\\n\\nSolid digital/social agency experience, ideally with B2B sector knowledge.\\n\\nConfident leading client relationships and delivering integrated digital campaigns.\\n\\nProven track record of managing multi-channel campaigns (social, influencer, web, content).\\n\\nExperience across sectors such as FMCG, food & drink, interiors, or lifestyle is a bonus.\\n\\nStrong understanding of social platforms and digital trends, particularly within a B2B context.\\n\\nExceptional communication, presentation, and people management skills.\\n\\nData-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.\\n\\nAdept at juggling multiple projects while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.\\n\\nPositive, collaborative, and adaptable – a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.\\n\\nCompany Culture & Values\\n\\nThis agency champions:\\n\\nCourage – pushing creative boundaries\\n\\nPassion – going the extra mile for clients and each other\\n\\nOwnership – showing up with accountability and drive\\n\\nTrust – doing the right thing, always\\n\\nDiversity, equity, and inclusion are woven into the fabric of the agency.
