We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fire and security systems, with a focus on new business sales. This role will involve promoting and selling CCTV, access control, intruder, and life safety systems, with a balance of 80% maintenance contracts and 20% projects.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the fire and security sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the successful delivery of projects
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing advice and solutions to clients
