The Culture Partner will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's culture by collaborating with stakeholders to align initiatives with the organisation's vision. This position in the insurance industry is based in London and requires a strategic approach to embed cultural transformation within the Human Resources function.\\n\\nClient Details\\n\\nThis large organisation operates within the insurance industry and is renowned for its established presence and commitment to growth. With a focus on innovation and excellence, the company seeks individuals who can contribute to shaping its forward-thinking Human Resources practices.\\n\\nDescription\\n\\nDevelop and implement strategies to enhance organisational culture and employee engagement.\\nCollaborate with senior leadership to ensure alignment of cultural initiatives with business objectives.\\nConduct regular assessments of the workplace environment to identify areas for improvement.\\nServe as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on cultural transformation and Human Resources policies.\\nFacilitate workshops and training sessions to promote a positive organisational culture.\\nAnalyse data and feedback to measure the effectiveness of cultural programmes.\\nWork with cross-functional teams to embed diversity, equity, and inclusion practices.\\nAct as a change agent, driving initiatives that support cultural alignment within the insurance industry.It is important to note that this is not a Diversity & Inclusion role.\\n\\nProfile\\n\\nThe successful Culture Partner should have:\\n\\nA strong background in Human Resources, organisational development, or a related field.\\nProven experience in implementing cultural change initiatives in complex environments.\\nDemonstrable recent experience of regulatory reporting into Lloyds of London\\nAdvanced Data and Data Manipulation experience\\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\\nKnowledge of best practices in diversity, equity, and inclusion.\\nStrategic thinking with the ability to align cultural initiatives with organisational goals.\\nAnalytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.\\nAn understanding of the insurance industry is desirable but not essential.Job Offer\\n\\nA competitive salary range depending on experience – please note that this role is not a "Head of" nor "Lead" role.\\n25% discretionary bonus based on performance.\\nGenerous holiday allowance to support work-life balance.\\nOpportunities to work within a supportive and inclusive company culture.\\nExposure to high-level strategic projects within the insurance industry.\\nA permanent role based in the vibrant city of London.If you are ready to make an impact as a Culture Partner, we encourage you to apply and be part of this exciting opportunity in the Human Resources field
