- Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on cultural transformation and Human Resources policies.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote a positive organisational culture.
- Analyse data and feedback to measure the effectiveness of cultural programmes.

Profile:
- A strong background in Human Resources, organisational development, or a related field.
- Proven experience in implementing cultural change initiatives in complex environments.
- Demonstrable recent experience of regulatory reporting into Lloyds of London.
- Advanced Data and Data Manipulation experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of best practices in diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to align cultural initiatives with organisational goals.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- An understanding of the insurance industry is desirable but not essential.
