As a Transport Coordinator , you\’ll play a key role at the center of our operation, where every action you take contributes to our customers enjoying their favorite M&S food. Our operation in Bedworth is looking for candidates who can commit to a 4on4off shift pattern working between 18:00 – 06:00 . What’s in it for you? As part of your role, you will brief and debrief Drivers, being the first point of contact for all drivers and ensuring all queries are fed back. Be accountable for Legal O-license compliance and operational excellence, including cost and service, peak planning/delivery. Provide the highest level of customer care and find resolutions/escalate live issues. Monitor all routes to ensure they run on time and escalate to the Team Manager on shift where appropriate. Use effective time management to complete tasks within set time frames, utilizing Kronos exceptions & schedules. Conduct daily administrative tasks related to payroll systems, payroll queries, holidays, etc. Ideally, you will have experience in administration within a busy transport environment, be PC literate with experience in Word and Excel, and have great attention to detail.
