Our ideal candidate will help build and manage existing accounts by understanding clients’ overall business requirements and technology needs. The Client Relationship Manager will manage workloads, prioritize tasks across the team, and develop strategies for improving account management and creating strategic roadmaps for clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing problems and incidents to ensure SLAs are achieved and client expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Ensuring smooth service transitions when services are added or removed.
  • Building lasting relationships with clients.
  • Attending client service review meetings.
  • Following specified systems, processes, and methodologies.
  • Collaborating within the organization to provide resilient services to clients.
  • Understanding clients' business and IT strategies; communicating effectively with the RFA design team to develop solution-based roadmaps addressing client needs.
  • Developing client-specific strategies to meet their needs and identifying new opportunities to align future requirements with RFA’s products.
  • Liaising with relevant business units to secure resources, and providing feedback for marketing initiatives.
  • Maintaining and updating the client database daily.
  • Working under pressure and meeting deadlines, including willingness to work extra hours when needed.
  • Serving as the point of contact for escalation requests.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a technical account management role.
  • Good understanding of technology, including cloud, storage, infrastructure, and desktop.
  • Project management experience, including cost management and basic accounting.
  • Ability to review and track new organizational opportunities.
  • Excellent active listening skills and the ability to ask relevant questions to gather, document, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and complete tasks timely with minimal supervision.
  • Strong business, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
