Sewell Wallis are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Co-Ordinator to join a well-established business based in York, North Yorkshire on a full time permanent basis.\\n\\nThe Accounts Co-Ordinator role has arisen to a period of growth and the successful candidate will join a friendly and supportive team with excellent employee benefits.\\n \\n The role will be providing support to the finance team, assisting mainly with the purchase ledger function.\\n\\nWhat will you be doing?\\n\\nScanning and referencing incoming invoices into the system.\\nSorting and sending outgoing Accounts Payable invoices.\\nDealing with Accounts Payable queries.\\nDealing with customer statements and remittances by post and email.\\nCompleting and managing ongoing query spreadsheets.\\nProcessing credit card transactions.What skills are we looking for?\\n\\nHave prior experience in a similar Purchase Ledger/Accounts Co-Ordinator role.\\nHave strong Excel skills.\\nHave strong IT skills or the ability to pick up new systems quickly.What's on offer?\\n\\nOn-site parking.\\nFriendly work environment.\\nOpportunity to work for an industry leader.\\nWorking for a progressive business.\\nHybrid working.To apply, please contact Suliman Mahmood or send your CV below. \\n\\nTo apply please send your CV, quoting our reference and specifying which website you saw this position advertised on.
