The Role:\\n\\nSilcom Recruitment is excited to be seeking a skilled MOT Tester to join a respected automotive service team in Southampton. Known for their high standards of quality and customer satisfaction, our client is committed to providing an excellent environment for professional growth and support.\\n\\nAs an MOT Tester, you’ll be responsible for ensuring vehicle roadworthiness and safety, working efficiently to meet productivity standards and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. We welcome applications from fully qualified MOT Testers, including those who are qualified by experience.\\n\\nResponsibilities & Requirements of an MOT Tester:\\n\\nConduct MOT tests and vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety and roadworthiness standards.\\n\\nIdentify and diagnose issues, performing necessary repairs to maintain vehicle performance.\\n\\nComplete MOT and service documentation accurately, ensuring quality standards are upheld.\\n\\nProven experience as an MOT Tester, with relevant certifications or qualified by experience.\\n\\nStrong attention to detail and dedication to high-quality work.\\n\\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.\\n\\nThe Package:\\n\\nSalary: £38,000 Basic Salary.\\n\\nOTE – £41,000 Uncapped!
