If you're ready to take ownership, lead strategic negotiations, and propel innovation on a global scale, this is your next career-defining move.\\n\\nResponsibilities\\n\\nBusiness Partnering\\n\\n * \\n\\n Partner with engineering and regional Procurement teams to develop and execute global sourcing strategies\\n\\n * \\n\\n Participate in the Global Category Team and maintain relationships with operational buying managers\\n\\nCategory Strategy & Analytical Mindset\\n\\n * \\n\\n Provide market and financial insights, import best practices, and ensure knowledge management\\n\\n * \\n\\n Engage with global engineering technology leads to develop and execute strategies and standardization protocols\\n\\nNegotiation & Contracting\\n\\n * \\n\\n Develop, negotiate, and implement regional/global contracts and Service Level Agreements\\n\\n * \\n\\n Optimize the supplier base according to category management strategies\\n\\nSourcing, Supplier Roster, Supplier Selection\\n\\n * \\n\\n Drive the utilization of sourcing technologies, including e-sourcing and e-auction\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ensure compliance with Responsible Sourcing and client’s standards\\n\\nSupplier Relationship Management\\n\\n * \\n\\n Lead relationships with global suppliers to drive performance management, continuous quality, and cost improvement\\n\\n * \\n\\n Develop supplier-enabled innovation\\n\\nWhat We're Looking For\\n\\n * \\n\\n Minimum of 10+ years of global strategic sourcing and purchasing experience, preferably in capital investment or related supply services\\n\\n * \\n\\n Engineering and Supply experience a plus\\n\\n * \\n\\n Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Procurement / business management\\n\\n * \\n\\n Proven track record in large-scale negotiations and contract management at a global level\\n\\nWe are committed to providing equal employment opportunities and encourage all qualified candidates to apply.
