The employer continues to optimise operations and is driving forward to grow and strengthen the supply chain:\\n\\nSupply Chain Manager – Derby\\n\\nFull-Time | Permanent | Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-12pm\\n\\nWe are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee inbound/outbound logistics, procurement, scheduling, and inventory management across a multi-site environment.

You will lead the UK supply chain team, ensure delivery of high-impact sourcing projects, and contribute to a strategic procurement plan aligned with our overall business goals.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\nLead and optimise the S&OP process to ensure alignment across sales, operations, and finance.\\nDrive inventory efficiency while maintaining high service levels.\\nManage sourcing and supply chain projects with tangible business value.\\nBuild and maintain supplier relationships to foster innovation and improve performance.\\nCoach and lead a team with a focus on development and delivery excellence.Requirements:\\n\\n5-7 years' experience in a senior supply chain or procurement role\\nStrong understanding of the Strategic Sourcing Cycle and working capital processes\\nProven leadership and stakeholder management skills\\nExcellent analytical, negotiation, and communication abilities\\nExperience in discrete production or project-based business environmentsDesirable:\\n\\nProcurement/supply chain qualifications (e.g. CIPS)\\nPrevious experience in a regulated or technical industry\\nSIOP and/or IBP implementation and leadership \\n\\nWhy Join Us?\\n\\nBe part of a globally recognised organisation with a strong local presence in Derby\\nWork in a collaborative and forward-thinking supply chain environment\\nOpportunities for development, training, and career progression\\nCompetitive remuneration and early finish on Fridays
