Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage, retain, and grow existing assigned customer base in the UK & Netherlands.
- Continuously build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with a high volume of opportunities with the view of closing 6/7 deals per month, with each deal having an average sales cycle of 60-90 days.
- Efficiently identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within account base/sales pipeline.
- Develop an excellent understanding of the business’ product offering, competitor products, and technology industry.
- Utilise your expertise and act as a trusted and consultative account manager to clients.
- Work collaboratively with the wider business, leveraging internal technology experts and the senior leadership team where necessary.
- Engage in technical sales discussions and demonstrations with clients, demonstrating value, scalability, and customisation abilities of the products.
- Deliver product presentations, focussing on solution selling.
- Consistently and constantly execute successful closing tactics to increase sales.
Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years’ experience in a fast-paced sales role within the technology industry is essential.
- Previous SaaS experience is desired.
- Confident working strategically to grow large, enterprise, complex accounts across EMEA.
- Experience working to set targets and KPI’s.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
