Interim Brand Activation Manager

As Brand Activation Manager you will be responsible for executing brand initiatives that drive consumer engagement and increase brand visibility. This role focuses on planning and delivering brand activation campaigns, both online and offline, ensuring alignment with marketing strategy and brand guidelines.\\n\\nClient Details\\n\\nMy client is a fast growing beauty brand, launching into the UK this summer.\\n\\nDescription\\n\\nPlan, develop, and execute brand activation campaigns to enhance consumer engagement and awareness\\nCoordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, trade, and agencies) to deliver integrated campaigns\\nManage experiential marketing initiatives, events, promotions, and in-store activations\\nMonitor and analyze campaign performance and consumer feedback to optimize activities\\nEnsure brand consistency across all activation touchpoints\\nManage budgets, timelines, and third-party vendors as needed\\nProvide regular updates and reports to senior stakeholders on activation progress and resultsProfile\\n\\nPrior experience within a brand activation / trade activation role\\n\\nExperience within a fast paced environment – beauty background is ideal.\\n\\nMust have prior experience of brand activation in FMCG\\n\\nDemonstrable experience owning and leading several marketing initiatives, including event coordination, retailer activation's and trade marketing \\n\\nJob Offer\\n\\nImmediate start\\n\\n3 month contract\\n\\nc£265 a day PAYE\\n\\nOpportunity to work with a fast growing beauty brand launching into the UK
