My client is an FMCG organisation based in Manchester. Due to the current incumbent leaving the business, they are recruiting this role on a 9 month fixed term contract basis initially, but this could well go permanent for the right candidate as the role is required on a permanent basis.

As an Accounts Receivable Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team undertaking credit control, dispute management and commercial support activities. You will be instrumental in motivating, coaching and developing the team, support KPI performance reviews, risk reviews and adhoc reporting. You will conduct 1-2-1's and coordinate, manage and develop the work of the team ensuring KPIs are met and contribution and efficiency is maximised.

This role will suit a candidate who has experience managing staff in a credit control/accounts receivable environment. The salary on offer is paying up to £36,000 and the company offer excellent flexibility both with hybrid working and hours.
