We are currently recruiting for a part-time Finance Administrator (3 days per week), based in our offices in Staines, Surrey. Ideally this person would work Monday-Wednesday. This person will be involved in the deployment of managing historic and lapsed invoices, through to resolution, whilst also undertaking any other administrative duties as required. At Kerry Dairy Ireland we offer a flexible working policy.
What will I be doing?
- Run weekly BI to GL, disputes analysis, and billing block reports, identifying variances and ensuring smooth processing
- Support Finance Analyst in reviewing sales performance, including GTM reports and unbilled items
- Process rebate settlements for customer deductions
- Manage Convenience invoice payments, purchase orders, and manual payment requests
- Create new customer and ship-to accounts in MDG
- Post month-end rebate profit centre reclassification journals and assist with rebate top-ups/downs
- Provide team coverage when needed
- Promote continuous improvement, build cross-functional networks, and drive personal development
