In addition, Elixirr offers creative, digital marketing, data and AI and procurement and transformation services through its acquired specialist group companies. We are looking for the right candidate, a future Partner, to join us on our exciting growth journey to build the best consulting firm in the world!
To excel as an Elixirr, Insurance Principal you will confidently:
- Lead the delivery of our client projects
- Proactively develop and successfully convert new business opportunities
- Take responsibility for your own business development targets

- Experienced in Commercial Insurance, P&C or MGA environments
- Compelling in winning client trust to execution
- Data and AI projects
- Confident delivering Enterprise level, transformation programmes
- On a clear journey to Partner
- A confident market maker with a proven record of originating and developing sustainable economically valuable relationships
- An established consultant by background, experienced in one or more areas of strategy, transformational change, target operating models, operational excellence, outsourcing and business case development
- Adaptable across different industries or geographies
- Co-creative in your approach to working with clients to solve their biggest challenges
