We’re looking for a strategic leader to head our Microsoft Dynamics Practice across the UK & EU. If you’re passionate about driving business transformation with Dynamics 365, building high-performing teams, and delivering results, this is your next big role.
As Practice Lead, you’ll take ownership of our Microsoft Dynamics delivery across the UK & EU. This high-impact leadership role blends client engagement, team building, strategic planning, and operational excellence.
The Role:
- Lead and scale the Microsoft Dynamics Practice across the UK & EU
- Define and drive regional strategy in partnership with sales and delivery teams
- Work closely with clients to shape solutions and ensure successful delivery
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of consultants and architects
- Ensure excellence through governance, quality, and best practices
- Build strong alliances with Microsoft and strategic partners
- Own the P&L for the Dynamics practice in the region
- Contribute to bids, proposals, and strategic planning
- Stay ahead of Microsoft’s roadmap and market trends
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven leadership in Dynamics 365 delivery (F&O, CE, or Power Platform)
- Minimum of 10+ years in enterprise consulting, 5+ in a leadership role
- Deep knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem
- Strong commercial acumen and client relationship skills
- Experience managing cross-border teams
- Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills
- Willingness to travel across the UK and EU
Nice to have:
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect / Functional Consultant
- Experience with Microsoft Gold or Tier-1 Partners
