My client, a leading advanced composite manufacturer supplying F1, motorsport, aerospace, defence and automotive requires 2 x CNC Machinists for contract roles outside IR35.\\n\\nThe CNC Machinist will be actively involved in creating, developing, and proving our client’s CNC programs.\\n\\nResponsibilities:\\n\\n * Operating and setting CNC machines.\\n\\n * Proving out programmes at the machine.\\n\\nRequirements:\\n\\n * Experience with working Fanuc and milling.\\n\\n * Good interpersonal and communication skills.\\n\\n * High self-motivation, determination to succeed and demonstrate a superior work ethic.\\n\\n * An ability to work effectively as a team across all departments.\\n\\n * The ability to undertake structured work with consistent attention to detail.\\n\\n * Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings\\n\\n * Fanuc: 3 years (preferred)\\n\\n * Milling: 3 years (required)\\n\\n * CNC Machining: 3 years (preferred)\\n\\nShift pattern:\\n\\nSplit Shifts:\\n• Mornings: Monday to Thursday 06:30-15:00, Friday 6:30-11:30\\n• Afternoons: Monday to Thursday 15:00-23:30, Friday 11:30-16:30\\n2 weeks on – 2 weeks off (37 hours per week)
