TXM Recruit are looking for an NDT Engineer/Tester on a permanent basis to work for an engineering company in Milton Keynes.
The salary for the role is dependent on experience but carries a salary bracket of £35,000 - £39,900 pa for day shifts (6am-2pm) on a 40 hour week Monday to Friday.
Position Summary:
The Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Tester is responsible for performing tests to examine the properties of materials, components, or assemblies without causing damage. The role involves using various NDT methods to detect defects, ensure quality, and comply with safety standards.
Person Profile/Experience:
- NDT (Required) and Fabrication Experience (Desired)
- Experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment (Desired)
- Good attitude and willing to be flexible
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in conducting tests and interpreting results
- Proficiency in using NDT equipment and software
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications:
