We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered General Nurse to join our clients healthcare team at Brighton. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care and support to residents, visitors, and staff within our healthcare facility. This is a permanent placement.
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to patients/residents in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols.
- Assess patient health needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient condition and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and self-care.
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with current registration and licensure in the United Kingdom.
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Registered General Nurse, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a diverse team.
