We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered General Nurse to join our clients healthcare team at Brighton. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care and support to residents, visitors, and staff within our healthcare facility. This is a permanent placement.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care to patients/residents in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols.
  • Assess patient health needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient condition and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and self-care.
  • Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with current registration and licensure in the United Kingdom.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Registered General Nurse, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a diverse team.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ALS) certifications preferred.
